BoxSafe Storage is an independently run self-storage company. At our clean and safe facilities, we offer low cost, highly secure business and personal container storage.
Our storage units are brand new, well ventilated and watertight. For belt and braces we add absorpoles to all our units free of charge to absorb any moisture in your belongings to combat condensation.
When you store your items with us, we look after them as if they are our own. Our container storage sites are guarded by 24hr CCTV, located on secure sites and are only accessible by electric key fob.

Each unit comes with a heavy duty padlock which sits under a tamper-proof steel plate for extra security.
Every facility is equipped with 24hr CCTV, gated entry and a fob linked to each individual unit.

Are the units waterproof?
Yes, our units are made of high-quality steel providing complete weatherproof protection, ensuring that your items stay secure in all conditions.
Fitted vents provide air flow throughout and moisture traps are included free of charge to absorb potential moisture in your belongings, ensuring everything stays dry.

What if I don't know my exact start date, can I still reserve a unit?
We understand that circumstances can change, this is why all reservations are free of charge and flexible.
We don’t take deposits and allow you to change your start date as many times as required to fit with your individual needs. Meaning your unit is secured and no payment is taken until your move in date arrives.

When can I access my unit?
Every unit has 24/7 drive up access, you are provided with a fob which is linked to your unit and this provides access to the gate 365 days a year.

How do I book?
There are two ways to reserve your unit:
Website Booking
Choose the size you would like to book and click on the Book Now button. This will take you to a booking form and will require your contact information, move in date and card details. You will receive a booking email to set up a customer account and sign an online storage agreement.
Contact Us Directly
Call 03300 566975 or email info@boxsafestorage.co.uk and we will ask for your full name, email address and contact number to reserve the unit for you. You will receive a booking email to set up a customer account, sign an online storage agreement and add a payment card.
Please note: No payment will be taken until your move in date.
We also require a copy of your photo ID, this can be emailed to info@boxsafestorage.co.uk
On the morning of your move in day you will receive an email with your access information and can travel to our facility at your own convenience.
