What if I don't know my exact start date, can I still reserve a unit?
We understand that circumstances can change, this is why all reservations are free of charge and flexible.
We don’t take deposits and allow you to change your start date as many times as required to fit with your individual needs. Meaning your unit is secured and no payment is taken until your move in date arrives.

When can I access my unit?
Every unit has 5am – 12am access, you are provided with a fob which is linked to your unit and this provides access your unit 365 days a year.

How do I book?

Call 0202 148403 or email bournemouth@boxsafestorage.co.uk and we will ask for your full name, email address and contact number to reserve the unit for you. You will receive a booking email to set up a customer account, sign an online storage agreement and add a payment card.
Please note: No payment will be taken until your move in date.
We also require a copy of your photo ID, this can be emailed to bournemouth@boxsafestorage.co.uk.
On the morning of your move in day you will receive an email with your access information and can travel to our facility at your own convenience.

Do you provide contents cover for my belongings, if so, what is the price?
Yes, for your peace of mind, we require that all stored goods are insured. We offer affordable contents protection through StoreProtect, a specialist cover provided by Basil Fry & Company, tailored specifically for self-storage customers. The cost is based on the total value of your stored items and can be added easily to your booking.
